If you previously got through Barclays it should automatically come up on clicking renew if not I suggest you contact them via online chat bottom right of the support page

yes I have been with them a number of years through Barclays. it's actually saying £59.99 now for 5 users. (which is how many i had) I will try and contact them.

At the bottom right hand corner, it tells you how many days of license remaining. I clicked onto that, then renew, got an email confirming I was a Barclay's customer, and an activation code. No mention of any charge. I will let you know if I get this free again. It should activate in 11 days from now.

hi when I click on how many days left I then only get a box telling me how many days left and box saying purchase activation code. when I click on this I get taken to the page tat says £59.99 for 5 users!

You wont get it free anymore but will get it for £4.99

For some unknown reason you are accessing the standard offer price not the promotional price for Barclays customers I suggest you contact customer support
It should say £4.99p for 3 users

No such luck for me either. As a long time user via BB I was unable to get anything lower than £19.99 for 2 devices so I uninstalled it and was then offered it for £27.99! So I took advantage of the free 12 months offer from Virgin & will reconsider my options when that runs out.

The get to online chat you need to click on My Kaspersky at the bottom next to time remaining you will the have a new screen appear then click 'sign in' then click support at the top if you hover around bottom right of page chat link should appear
