Great tenacity @financerulez - enjoying your goading of Adaptis. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

How did Indigo get involved, or is that another name for Adaptis?
GTR own the car park. Indigo operate the car park. Indigo employ Dash to run the ANPR. Dash use Adaptis to send out their letters. Imagine Adaptis may then pass it over to ZZPS!
Doesn't sound like a fair and transparent system eh!0 -
The Final Update:
After my last email mentioning Trading Standards and demonstrating their extremely poor knowledge and application of the law, they have upheld the appeal and cancelled the PEN. Guess it wasn't worth their time - they just hope consumers don't know any law, and believe their tripe.
Although they cancelled the appeal, they still claim it is private land not governed land in the final letter, which is just so dumb, but what can you do. My MP has confirmed he will support the bill, the DVLA have replied saying that the BPA were at fault for the misuse of data as an individual there failed to update their list which the DVLA use. Waiting to hear back from the BPA. Sent everything about the case to BPA and Trading Standards, so we'll see what becomes of Adaptis.
I think if you get a PEN off Adaptis, it's the equivalent of winning the PPC lottery - they're absolute morons!0 -
Well done. :T
Great tenacity, a real FightBack. Let's see what the BPA say and what TS make of this. An utter scam, reliant on consumer intimidation via their naivety and ignorance of the law. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
