Scrabbled eggs seems rather filling and not a particularly fast item to make, coupled with the fact that bread along with this is going to compound food intake.

    Are you kidding??
Instructions for cooking scrambled eggs in the microwave:

    1. BEAT eggs, milk, salt and pepper in microwave-safe bowl (20 seconds).
    2. MICROWAVE on HIGH 45 seconds.
    3. STIR.
    4. MICROWAVE until eggs are almost set, 30 to 45 seconds longer.

That is literally about 2 minutes, and with a slice of bread totals about 300 calories (80cal per egg, 90cal brown bread, plus a small amount of butter).

So much less than previous breakfast, fast to make, and importantly a balance of fats, carbohydrates and protein!

Less than a minute to beat and two mins in the microwave, doesn’t get any easier! Do not have with bread, don’t eat bread full stop, but if you absolutely have to than only Allisons Wholemeal.

What's special about that one specific brand of bread?

Ok slight adjustment, how does this sound for a breakfast?

    1. Glass of water.
    2. Two eggs scrabbled with a touch of black pepper.
    3. Two slices of wheaten bread lightly toasted with some butter on.
    4. Instant coffee with milk and no sugar.

My go to quick and healthy breakfasts are

Poached egg on whole meal toast
Omelette with spinach and feta cheese
    Bircher
Smoothie made with yogurt and oat bran for protein and fibre

I sometimes at weekend make pancakes with added oat bran and skimmed milk, served with fruit not honey

What's your job? If you're doing hard physical work then a big carb loaded breakfast probably makes sense. If you're doing a desk job then not so much.

You can make proper porridge in a mug in the microwave just as easily as the sachets, but without the added sugar they have.

I buy the big bags of oats and use the cooker, but yesterday put a few in a bowel in the microwave, well lets just say they did not all remain in the bowel.
2 and a half minutes or too much water, not sure which was wrong.

I use one of these to make sure the proportions and time are right.
