one other thing - this thread really has pointed out to me how different things can have different reactions on different people.
i've realised that it's one thing saying it, but when people put the same produce as best and worst it really highlights the issue!
It maybe helpful when putting your best/worst if you make a quick reference to your own skin type/colour?
Me: Pale, blonde(ish) untreated hair, dry skin
Best: cucumber slices on your eyes for 10 mins - really makes a difference if you want perky eyes the morning after the night before! ( i think it is also something to do with the 10 min lay down....i love a nap!)
Worst: clay face masks....any brand! they always make my face really red and tight, leading me to overdose on moisturiser and therefore end up with greasy spots!!0 -

Try cool green tea tea bags instead of the cucumber slices plus you will get loads of antioxidants.
As to the clay face masks they are meant to make your face red as they are detoxifiying it therefore bringing your spots to the surface! unless you are having an allergic reaction which is normally caused by perfume/something in the product?
Real Clay (Kaoilin,Bentonite,Green) is one of the safest skin friendly ingredients.?
