Buried mine on my 50th could have put money on it, then had to pay the rest of my present lol. To get my own back l have given his clothes to the homeless he would have hated to think of someone in his good coat. made me laugh just to think of it( he would be laughing too)

Not sure if lve been brain washed with all the save money and frugal challenges or if lve really had my so called light bulb moment but today finds me using up supplies destined normally for the bin, l'm thinking of baking and lve got the heating off and am running round in my bobble hat and big cardie. All l need is a few cats am l will be the mad old women that as a child we were all afraid of. Means to an end l hope either that or l am tuning into the bag women of Flixton to shunned by my friends ( plenty of money skin like a rhino,hair like a scarecrow, smelly and no friends) lve seen my future lol lol

This made me LOL and is my fear too. Hopefully I will normalise once I am debt free

Another first today lve started wombling ny Shopping receipts - why have l never done this before? It's the future but l wanted to look in the bins for discarded receipts lol. Today saw me using £1.26 in voucher form with a £1.10 voucher in hand for my next shop. Might be a drop in the ocean to some but l'm well pleased with myself

Two more stores to add to my wombling list - l'm a convert as l said to someone today" if l saw 10p on the floor ld pick it up" so l'm going to use the vouchers wombling may or may not produce.

Funny few days here, quiet but busy in the same breath. My OH's mum passed away she was 90 but it still hit him hard. The funeral is not till the 27th as there is a back log!!!
The weather has been really nice last couple of days so out has come the jet wash for the flags. I have decided to replace the grass with Astro turf so l had a man round this morning to quote, what happened to cut backs l ask myself lol.
