    As £1500 is at stake this must be worth doing. If you can get someone to write a report I assume it won't need to be returned at your expense to get a refund.

    Update. PayPal have reviewed my case as asked me to return tracked. Hadn!!!8217;t even uploaded any report and the time for me to upload it has not expired. Unfortunately as it is paypal I will have to pay a small fortune to have it returned

    But it's a much larger fortune at stake. Get it back and then it seems you'll get your refund. Make sure it's tracked and signed for. Wasn't there an issue with the address though? Get PP to confirmwhich address you should send to.
