Just a thought - have you contacted the manufacturer in case they can help?If they can, it would be a lot less hassle for you and even if it means buying a component or two it might still be cheaper than the cost of returning.0

There has been a few messages going back and forth - me stating item was not working - seller stating it was and blaming transit. I just keep replying that I never saw it working and now PayPal have escalated it. Just awaiting a decisionAny update on this? I'm experiencing something similar myself

PayPal have now come back to me wanting an engineers report confirming that the item is not working. I;m getting a horrible feeling that Im going to lose this case0
