    Just a thought - have you contacted the manufacturer in case they can help?If they can, it would be a lot less hassle for you and even if it means buying a component or two it might still be cheaper than the cost of returning.

    Have opened a case with PayPal and he is still disputing it

    What exactly have paypal said, it seems a bit quick to have won anything.

    Do you mean you have 'won' the right to a return, in which case you will still have to return it at your own cost as stated by others above.

    It's the random apostrophe code. 8217 is the problem some people are having ATM.

    There has been a few messages going back and forth - me stating item was not working - seller stating it was and blaming transit. I just keep replying that I never saw it working and now PayPal have escalated it. Just awaiting a decision

    PayPal have now come back to me wanting an engineers report confirming that the item is not working. I;m getting a horrible feeling that Im going to lose this case
