Hi guys,
I have received a reply from CEL to the courts letter. They have attached an amended particulars of claim by one Ashley Cohen listing the violation, contract and costs.
Is there anything else I can do now or just wait for the courts ?0 -

blaser24nig, please start a new thread for your UKPC issue.
It will only get confusing, both for you and those trying to help you, trying to deal with your two different problems in the one thread.
Please then delete your UKPC post from this thread.
Meanwhile, what has happened since June on your CEL case?
Any update?0 -
Thank you very much. I haven’t heard anything back since. I will open a new thread for my ukpc.0

Hi guys just got a letter saying I have got court on Monday. I was travelling and only just came back. They sent a bunch of documents to support their case. Is there anything I should do / know before Monday ?0

Check whether you've sufficient funds in your account. Is there anything I should do / know before Monday ?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Well, since you've not been back to the forum in over 12 months and you've shown us nothing of anything you might have submitted recently, what other conclusion were you anticipating? :cool:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I get your point now but I had not had anything back apart from what was advised here with regards to court processes hence why. So there was nothing to report. I wasn’t being ungrateful or anything...0 -
Did you receive and complete a Directions Questionnaire?
Is your case being heard at your local court?
When did you receive notification of the date?
Have you written (and submitted copies to the court and the claimant) a Witness Statement with your evidence and a Costs Schedule attached? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
