Hi Keith....... once again thanks for commenting.
I'm really not trying to overthink it..... with respect, you are in a far more knowledgeable position than I in this matter. I am grateful for the previous advice you have offered.... it is why I joined the forum. You advised me to appeal to Britannia with a standard template letter, a letter which didn't represent my particular case.... this is why I have added an additional comment to cover an unlit car park and signs which are not illuminated.
When checking Britannia's website and their PCN Appeal page I notice that I am able to upload any pictures or evidence to support my Appeal...... I'm guessing you would advise me not to do this and just go straight for the POPLA number ??
Thanks again in advance.......... not wishing to waste anyone's time !
EDIT : I have 28 days to appeal0 -
Thanks for the video link "The Deep"...... very interesting.0

Hi waamo... thanks for your comment. Are you suggesting that whatever I appeal with, either to Britannia or POPLA..... I will 100% not end up with a court appearance ?0
-
I am saying Britannia will not be particularly interested in your appeal. Just get the POPLA code and go from there.0

No one is saying that!! No guarantees!!
Creditors have 6 years to start legal action against you
So they may change their approach to court in the following years0 -
waamo.... you also said POPLA won't be interested in the lighting either...... which suggests that my POPLA appeal will fail also........ so, should I prepare myself for a court appearance and the costs that come with it ?0

Check out their current level of court hearings at bmpa website (thought you had already!)0

Good grief talk about reading things in that aren’t there. You are way over complicating this. How difficult is cutting and pasting an appeal?0 -

Thanks Quentin....... they issued 99653 tickets in 2017 of which only 3 ended up in court. That said..... the number of appeals and failed appeals would be better numbers to assess my chances of going to court !!0 -

Are you suggesting 3 people out of 99,600 were the only ones to have appeals rejected????0
