Capita to offload Parking Eye?

I've still kept my "Parking Eye" file when they pursued me to court over a 10 month period, when I was working for the NHS. What a nightmare, it took a load of time to try and defend. I did not take "sick leave."
The main signatories were "Rachael" and "Jonathon "Jonty"
And a guy called "Jon or John Briant" from Fistral Beach, which is where their problems seemed to start.Illegitimi non carborundum:)0 -

Not certain what "offload" means ?
I cannot think of any company in the UK that could
finance the purchase of PE, especially as it's pretty
much public knowledge that PE are part of the great
parking scam.
Capita would never get back their investment of £57m
Maybe a directors buy out but nowadays would any
bank get involved when the scam is so well known
Will the BPA collapse ??
Despite PE having a huge turnover, there is a credibility
factor and future growth. Given the very uncertain future
for parking companies and PE creating probably it's
own demise, who in their right mind would think about
taking them over.
Right now, the other vultures will be looking at all sites
operated by PE, talking to the landowners to sell them
their own scam.
Grear fun times ahead0 -

Yes, that depends on how accounts are formulated and where
monies are and where monies went.0 -

This is brand new NEWS pappa
Watch all the s*it hit the fan over the next few weeks,
it will be another Carillion
The new chairman of Capita has said it will take
several years to sort it ??? This just placates government
who probably believes it.
I would love to meet the genius who can predict several years
ahead and get it right
Pension funds make me laugh especially with people
living much longer ...... if the truth be known, every
pension fund has a shortfall just like the NHS
My guess is that parking eye will slip into the abyss0 -
Frank Field, chair of the Work and Pensions Committee, said Capita was "on the growing list of firms we are investigating to see if their conduct has endangered current and future pensioners' rights".
"Another day, another outsourcing firm with massive debt, a huge pension deficit, a KPMG audit and the Big Four popping up at every turn in the company's chequered history," he added.Save a Rachael
