Poor crapita, ooh and poor parking eye, oh and let's not forget how sad their grubby shareholders must be feeling :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::D.
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue.

Did you ever cash that cheque, Ivor?

When they (eventually) sent a correctly dated cheque, I topped it up with some hard earned to buy the transcript.

I think that, and the subsequent publicity around the case (did I mention I won?) was the "tipping point" that got them sacked from Fistral.

I've estimated that, and the fact the transcript has helped others, to the tune of about half a million.

Interestingly, we didn't want to go to court. We offered them 15 quid to cover their losses at meditation.

They insisted on taking us to court.

On a serious note, they are on a down turn.

I think it's important to highlight "the players" .... Jonty etc. I've kept everything they have sent to me, and the players.

It's all to easy to take down the corporate stuff. The individuals who have fueled this misery need to be taken to account.

    They are raising cash too

    Off subject.

The PPCs and the legal lot are being busy fools and being ripped off (ironic init) by the "debt" collectors. So if I was a PPC I'd bring it all in-house and at least your c**k-ups would be your own - and you wouldn't get charged for it.

Parking Eye tend to use Equita (Capita owned) now for their debt recovery love letters...

The point is, selling Parking Eye is "small fry", even if they get their £57million back.

conversely £57 million is also a small fry number to Capita.

Do not forget they sold one of their Assets, finalising the deal in latter quarter of 2017 for £888million. Capita Asset Services was sold off to the Link Group

Like I say, I think it's important to identify the key players, and hold them to account.

To me, the people who need to be taken into account initially, are the one's who directly victimised the..... victims.

that was a bad requote , the correct wording was "Rachel L is sick [STRIKE]in the head[/STRIKE]"

Pe state that she personally signs thousands of claim forms and was paid £50 each for doing this

As I said Rachel L is not in the picture

Ms Roseanna Breaks has been signing off court claims for over one year, probably getting on for two
