Interesting times ahead if it happens. How about a crowd fund to buy them out and make an ethical parking company.
Yawn, just woke up from a horrible dream.

I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

They are raising cash too which poses the question
1. If PE are generating shed loads of cash why sell.
2. If PE are not generating shed loads of cash why not.
3. Are PE are generating shed loads of cash now but may not be in the future?
4. If the answer to 3 is yes and PE are f****d what does that say about the others - and their legal teams.
Off subject.
Accountants like to look at value chains. An end-to-end process has x profit and y cash. You look at where the profit and cash are accumulating. In this case it is with the intermediaries like ZZPS and DR+ (check if you don't believe me).
The PPCs and the legal lot are being busy fools and being ripped off (ironic init) by the "debt" collectors. So if I was a PPC I'd bring it all in-house and at least your c**k-ups would be your own - and you wouldn't get charged for it.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
