You won't be able to (easily) embed the pictures here.
I was just suggesting you do that when creating your PoPLA pdf appeal document.0 -

If you are using Word or similar, you will need a .pdf printer. There are free to use (with adverts showing - just ignore them) utilities available. When printing your documents and selecting your printer from the drop down box, choose .pdf instead of your named printer and this will create a file and should ask you where you want to save it. I use this one and have for years. When downloading just make sure to untick EVERY box that offers toolbars etc.FuriousD1989 wrote: »Will need to figure how to do the PDF bit next!0 -

Pretty sure I have a windows 10 laptop at home. Let me try and draft it in the correct format and put my pictures in and if I have problems I will come back to you
Thnx0 -
Right I have sent it off now. Fingers crossed. How long do they have to reply?0

Hopefully you submitted it as a PDF under ''other'' on the POPLA website, rather than posting a letter. You should hear within a month with a copy of the PPC's evidence to comment on first, as you get the final word before POPLA make their decision in March.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Original login lost and unable to get back.
Update:
I have received a long rebuttal from BP now re- the POPLA appeal. It gives 7 days to reply to them. It seemed like they have given lots of evidence (there were 20 things attached to it) however on 2nd viewing they have attached the same 3 things 3 times and 1 letter and 1 pictoral evidence. The only thing they have attempted to rebut is the "contract" between them and landowners, however this looks sketcky at best.
Is it worth me posting what they have sent me up here so it can be reviewed? Do I need to reply to this "evidence" or can I leave it?0 -
Yes you must challenge all of their evidence.
Go through it in the greatest detail and find all the faults - there will be many.
For example, are the signs for the same car park?
Anything in your PoPLA appeal that they haven't commented on should be highlighted out too, as they have clearly accepted those points.0
