My journey to a debt free life

Today's news was that my chest X-ray showed nothing abnormal ππππππ I am very relieved. I now just have to see my GP on Tuesday to discuss the "lump" in my throat and see if she will refer me for any investigations. I might put my big girl pants on and ask for a referral π

The sun's been out and I think Iβm solar powered (Onebrokelady)

If youβre worried best to ask for a referral. If it is something you can get it sorted if itβs nothing youβve put your mind to rest πJanuary spends - Β£587.582

I am worried about it,I thought I was imagining it at first but it's got worse so there's definitely something not quite rightΒSun_Addict said:Fantastic news about the X-ray π₯³ Fingers crossed for your throat, best to get it looked at if youβre worried.Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = Β£17,630 Paid To Date = Β£6,736 Owed = Β£10,8942 -
I am determined to be politely assertive, My care is shared between two doctors and I am seeing the one I don't normally get to see, from memory I think she might be a bit more proactive than the other oneΒladyholly said:Get your throat checked and dont let the GP fob you off.Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = Β£17,630 Paid To Date = Β£6,736 Owed = Β£10,8942 -
This is what I'm thinking, it can ether be sorted or if there's nothing wrong I can just learn to live with the feeling, someone at work mentioned a condition called Globus that her mum was diagnosed with after she thought she had a lump that turned out to be nothing so that's a possibility,my symptoms don't match it though as that is supposed to come and go and this is here all the time. The other day I took some tablets and bent down straight after taking them and they came back up into my mouth π€’π€’milann said:If youβre worried best to ask for a referral. Good day at work yesterday,I don't like doing lates because it always feels a bit disjointed coming in halfway through a shift, no one bothers with a handover if you come in later so you're not sure what's going on when you first get there π€·ββοΈI ended up in clinics for the afternoon because we were short there so that was quite nice,I worked with the consultant who I don't get on with and he was quite pleasant for a change, he even said thank you for something π
When I got home there was a package from amazon with my name on it,I was a bit confused because I was sure I hadn't ordered anything, it turned out to be a book that DD1 has bought me for Mother's Day π It's called The Overstory by Richard Powers, it sounds really good so I'm looking forward to reading it, I haven't heard of the book or the author but it's a Pulitzer Prize winner for 2019 π
Today I didn't wake up until 11 am again and really struggled to get out of bed, I must have had a restless night because my duvet was mostly on the floor,I don't remember waking up at any point thoughΒ
I have been at home all day today mainly because I don't feel to good again, my joints are really hurting today so I'm hibernating from the weather. It was wild here last night and it felt lovely to be snuggled in bed waiting to fall asleep while the wind and rain lashed the windows, I love nights like thatπunfortunately it was still like it this morning so I didn't take B out for a walk, she hates the rain so I just let her in the garden instead
I have hoovered and done two loads of washing plus sorted the chickens so I haven't been too lazyΒ
Yesterday and today will be NSDs but I think tomorrow I will have to buy bread on my way homeΒ
