I agree absolutely Honey Bear, in fact think boiling veg is generally a bad idea - it's so easy to overdo them and there's just much nicer ways to cook most veg. Chargrilled is great and doesn't have to be fatty. Or roast. The exception with potatoes is maybe new potatoes, which are nice boiled, if you whack quite a lot of melted butter on them afterwards :rotfl:

I caved last night. I feel so bad about it the guilt is killing me. I got home and it had been one of those days - so I went to the chippy and got chips!


Oh they were delicious, loads of salt n vinegar, best £2 I've spent in a long time but the diet is up in the air this week!

I am up to 12/15 for Tues/Weds and definitely won't be drinking tonight as I have a job interview first thing tomorrow, so I am calling in early for tonight at 13/15 please Baileys.

My target for May will be a paltry 9 as it is my OH's birthday and then I am on holiday for just over 2 weeks.
