Thanks Honey Bear :) Now that the warm weather has arrived I have been getting cravings in the evening for a glass of something cold but the absolute last thing I want to do is redevelop a habit of drinking at home because without counting too many chickens I feel that that habit is broken, and that is a good thing. It is gin and tonic weather though and no mistake, but I plan to refrain from giving in.

Lidl have a really good wine selection, or so I'm told by a work colleague who is no doubt in a position to judge, ha ha :) Hey I get the chip craving thing fatrab, but then I do like potatoes - few things beat a good roast potato in my book.
I don't dislike potatoes, but I don't like them either. I feel indifferent about them. It's a strange feeling to have towards a vegetable.

Mrs fatrab has bought me one of those bottles of red. It's to have on my birthday in July. She didn't want to wait just in case they sold out. Funnily, a few bottles of fruit cider fell into her basket too.

Her birthday is October, maybe she's keeping them until then? I think not.....

I know I don't have an target, but I am up to 10.

Managing to stick to my no drinking during the week, and last week even managed Sunday! So had a total of AF days last week of 5 which is unheard of for me.

Sorry guys... I've been AWOL for a couple of weeks. In the two weeks I've had a weekend away, I've been studying for an interview, attended my interview and my daughter has been sick. So my heads been all over the place. Although I am pleased to say as of today I am 18/25. 18 days AF is brilliant and even the days I have had a drink it's been in moderation. I think a lot of my success is due to this thread and I would like to thank everyone for the support.
