Beautiful morning here too, so OH is up and busy which means I am too. It's normally the only day of the week he's a bit of a sluggard at hopping out of bed so it feels most odd. Having said that, I know why he's so full of beans and it's a good thing.
21/30 please, Baileys.Better is good enough.0 -
Morning all! Quiet on here. I am finding it hard to resist a glass of something cold in this beautiful weather myself so guess that's why?
Anyway, 19/21 for me please. I have a do coming up this Wed so am aiming to resist until then. 0 -
We had a visitor yesterday who doesn't drink hot drinks at all, and so asked for a squash. We don't keep any, so I offered her an AF beer - and she said yes. That is a first.

Its my biggest trigger as my figures this month clearly show. Will be honest though I am not massively unhappy about it I never wanted this to be about beating myself up or feeling out of it so if the sun shines I am likely to enjoy a wine  Fortunately living in the north means I will AF for more than I am not this year for sure
Back on track next week for meHoney_Bear wrote: »We had a visitor yesterday who doesn't drink hot drinks at all, and so asked for a squash. We don't keep any, so I offered her an AF beer - and she said yes. That is a first.

Well I must say when you see a beautiful sunset it does seem to beg for a glass of wine to go with it. I haven't really got any nice white in the house tho, which helps. I haven't got any tonic either, that helps too. Got red but it just seems the wrong time of year for it!0 -
I was in Lidl the other day and there was a bottle of red screaming "drink me, DRINK ME" - which was odd as I rarely ever drank red in the past.Got red but it just seems the wrong time of year for it!
I also get weird cravings when I'm dieting. Usually for chips. Chippy chips. And that's also a thing I rarely have. I don't even like potatoes.
Weird......
