    Hey all, yesterday was not in fact an AFD for me because the colleague I mentioned did want to go for drinks, had a lovely time though, and today am still on 24/21.

    Still on 12/15 for today as I had 2 glasses of wine last night. Feeling a bit yuck this morning as I tolerate booze badly (which is why I am here) :( Divided up the rest of the bottle and froze for beef stews in the future...
