I had one of my occasional AF Saturdays yesterday. I'd been to a dinner on Friday and the wine served was mediocre to say the least. Although I didn't have much and it didn't give me a hangover it left me feeling dehydrated so didn't fancy any yesterday.:D

I made a mistake. I was 8/15 on the 22nd, so I should have clocked in as 9/15 for 23rd. Nothing for yesterday and 10/15 for today please Baileys.
I am thinking about wine today. I would like a glass of red but I think it is because I am feeling out of sorts and also it is a Sunday and Sunday feels like a day for relaxing which I equate with a glass of wine. I could have it but I think it might turn into a second...:(

Just reached for my AF beer on the kitchen countertop and took a hearty swig, only to realise as I tasted it that it was OH's gin and tonic. Whoops a daisy. (It was rather nice.)

Fast forward to tomorrow when you wake up having had a drink and how you would feel or if you didnt have one how you would feel.

I know one thing doingitanyway I have never woke up wishing I had had a drink the day before but have woke up many a time regretting having one
