Or completely mad. I figured hell was hell. There is not a little bit hell or a lot hell just hell.
Today is 4/15. I think it is getting harder NOT easier. What is that about? I had to avoid the wine aisle completely in the supermarket today. Sigh. Friday night makes it worse too! End of moaning :)

Just venting, not moaning, and fine any time on here. You're doing amazingly well.

    17/31 please, Baileys.
    Better is good enough.

Morning all, 15/21 for me please.

Doingitanyway, I agree with Honey Bear, this thread's here partly so we can talk about the struggles and that's one of the reasons it is such a huge help, so vent away :)

    17/31 for tonight please Baileys
Not even an AF beer tonight, I didn't like it but will try a few different ones as I need a change from too much coffee and water

Thanks everyone for all the supportive posts but I messed up tonight in a laughable fashion. So hard day at work and on autopilot I suggest G&Ts after work and before I can take it back EVERYONE agrees. I kept it to just one drink (single measure) but still it spoiled my total. Not even sure what happens now with scoring? Do I go back to the beginning?

    Hope everyone is doing okay
If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

    Buffer fund 0/100

You stay on 4/15 today and then go to 5/15 next time you have an AF day

No not at all, just jump back on the wagon when you are ready you dont lose what you have already earned :) Most people on here, if not all, have had a blip of some sort and if you don't mind me saying one G+T sounds like a pretty minor blip. :)

    8/10 please for yesterday.

The most recent time I drank, I felt almost sober, despite having a few - and I was in control unlike the time before that when I got very drunk. I didn't even finish the last drink of the night, I just didn't feel like it.

Morning all, 16/21 for me please. I cooked with a little red wine last night but didn't have any - I was pleased with that. Actually it smelt rather acidic, as wine does, so I didn't even really want any, which is even better.
  • Couple of planned days off for me for a family occasion. Intent on keeping sensible as I can't cope with hangovers anymore:eek:
