Morning all, 5/17 for me today, I'm back home, have been travelling for a looong time and am exhausted, but very pleased to be back. Hoping to take the rest of the month as AFDs. Out of my 15 days away I only managed the five AFDs, which isn't brilliant, but it's all right and I am not going to beat myself up about it too much. Onwards and upwards0

Fine. I did it once because I was under a lot of pressure at work and I wanted to be 100% on point....another time was because I was on a diet...so when the pressure / diet was over I just went back to counting AFDs and unitsMay I ask why you did your alcohol diary in the first place ,,
I think it was to count units...mine is easy , when I drink I don’t know when to stop ,,,,,!
I have a different alcohol issue - I rarely exceed 5 to 7 units in one go - however, I would happily drink that everyday - making 30 to 50 units a week :eek:........What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
