Shaggy over 100 days with no alcohol,,, how did you feel going back to it after that long time ?
May I ask why you did your alcohol diary in the first place ,, mine is easy , when I drink I don’t know when to stop ,,,,,!

10/23; please Shaggy. Back from the mini break! I did split a bottle of wine with the OH when eating out on a couple of nights and I enjoyed it but didn't feel the need to have anymore than that - straight back into the AFD swing. Well done everyone for great Feb. totals.

Oops, mini slip up.
Not only did I drink Fri and Sat, but also Thursday and Sunday, hmmm.
Can I join the SNC and go for 4 please? I'm up to 1 this week.

I decided my conscience wouldn’t let me have a cold cure with a shot of whisky in and still claim an AF day, so I held off and am now at 11/25, thank you.
Instead I picked up some Night Nurse and interestingly (OK maybe it’s a little boring), the leaflet says it contains 18% alcohol which sounds like a lot, and in fact 20ml of this medicine is equivalent to 72ml of beer or 30ml of wine! So I probably could have had the whisky hot toddy after all...0 -
Hello

7/20 and 1SNC please.
I have had some wine Sunday and Monday as I am on holiday but none tonight so yay, got a smilie! I'm not sure how the rest of the week will go but do want to make a choice to drink rather than just because, if that makes sense to anyone except me.0
