    27/31 please Shaggy.
I'm totally inspired by your scales reading, Shaggy, so I shall step on my scales at the beginning of February and see if I can't do something about my layer of insulation; probably about time as I don't think we'll be having the mini-ice age anytime soon.

    21/15 please
    5/5 SNC
2/2 WE challenge and can I have:
    20 for February thank you.

I might be being too ambitious for February as we are away for a week but still trying really hard to lose weight and wine is a disaster - both for the calories and even more because then I eat more.

I do feel better after losing some weight but need to lose lots more. Very anti-social though and missing date nights out with OH as well as wine on Friday. Most other days I can do it and very pleased I haven't given in despite lots of stress but Fridays just feel different.

Lots of great results though and dry January. Use be a good thing. Might try and make it a family thing like Shaggy - well done to everyone Shaggy.

Pollyanna , I’m so like you , couldn’t just have a glass or 2 ,,, the whole bottle , and some ,,, but what have you done with the half bottle of wine remaining? I would be straight on it later if I had it in my house , so if you can stop yourself you have very good will power !!

Haha, you've obviously know me better than I know myself! I did go and finish the bottle and have another one.

Awful I know, but I am back on it today. And will stick to my Sunday to Thursday no drink days.

I can have alcohol in the house as long as I am in the zone. But it really is once I start, the whole bottle (and then some) has to be consumed.

    Still on 24/16.

Can I try 5 for the SNC please? I can't remember if I said it before or not.

  • Well done loveasale!

27/25 for me today please, Shaggy. Can you sign me up for 5 SNC?

What I find slightly irritating is that no one is badgering DH about his not drinking. OK so he was a much heavier drinker so they are probably quite relieved! Still, grrrr.

Morning all, 26/21 for me today and I reckon this will probably be my last AFD for January as I am off on holiday tomorrow but you never know, I might squeeze another one in. :)
