I'd like to join in! I'm trying for an alcohol free Jan - managed so far however the OH has been out today and bought WINE :eek:... my weakness.

I shall not succumb.....

I coped fine last night with my return to AF days then woke this morning with a horrid headache, worse than any of the hangovers I didn't have when I was drinking over the festive period.:mad:


It's not going to put me off though, definitely AF tonight too.
