    Hi Pollyanna24,

I’m like you and had an October blip. But I’ve found posting here helps. I’ve also downloaded the Drink Less app which I complete my calendar for every day. I’m also doing The 30 day challenge. You get a daily email and support for the whole 30 days. It’s been really interesting.

I’m on Day 11, although I did have wine on day 9 ( Saturday, hotel, tired, wanted a treat, caved). But I haven’t beaten myself up too much and got back on the wagon. I feel better for it. I don’t intend to cut it out completely. Just get back on track because like you I was feeling absolutely rubbish.

10/11 30DC - I’m planning on an extra day to make up for it.

Good luck on the AF challenge Pollyanna. Seconding the suggestion to find something to do with your hands of an evening - helps with the eating and drinking. Any craft you're interested in trying or picking up again? I knit, spin and do a bit of patchwork, when I remember not to just slump in front of the telly
    :o. Drawing? Baking?
  • Oh and it's 6/25 for me - managed to not drunk at our mini bonfire get together last night :A
  • I drank again. Not good.
Life is rubbish at the minute so taking a strong tablet so I can have one doesn't seem such a huge thing. Must break this cycle. x

    Thanks Shaggy.

Tried a dance class last night with OH, all I can say is at least we gave everyone else there a laugh with our attempts at waltzing!

Sorry to read that Nicnak......you've been doing soooooo great too..
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
