Thanks for thinking of me! A lot is not currently Nicnak friendly at the minute!
I'm calling 4/30 early.
2/2 and I'll go for 5 SNC, please.
Fab news about not drinking Cuppa. Hoping the new habits get easier for you.

AF today and I'm in my pyjamas with no booze in the house, so I'm calling today a success. This brings me to 3 for November and 1 for the SNC.
I'm so chuffed to have gone the whole weekend without drinking. I only considered it once, yesterday at my bootcamp when my friend said she was going to be having drinks that evening, I thought ooh if you are then I could too... but then I forgot about it and have loved being able to get up without a hangover.
I hope everyone has had a lovely weekendSay what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -
Well done for getting the interviews Annie G, and I hope at least one results in a job offer, better still - all three, so you have a choice.
I found cravings were at their strongest when I would normally have had a drink, and they tapered off after I stopped drinking completely. For about 18 months I'd get one very occasionally and then they stopped completely. Really well done for staying so strong.
4/30 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -
2 please, Shaggy, ta I am so annoyed with myself. Went to Halloween party with neighbours last night and just drank so much, I lost today because I felt so ill. Onwards and upwards. I have been drinking so much on my non-AFD's recently, really going to sort myself out from now until Christmas. x0

Morning all, 4/21 for me please0

I took a tablet last night so I could have a drink. So only 4 so far this week and 0 for the SNC.
