Pleased to say my score is looking a bit more respectable for October after a very social start. Although I always go for an achievable 10, I'm happier getting closer to half the month and I must have the black cat!:D
13/10 AFDs please and 1/4 for the SNC.0 -
I read on the 30 day challenge website (30DC) that it takes 7-10 consecutive days for alcohol to fully leave your system and for the early cravings to lessen.
I’m going to call early as I know I’m driving.
Day 4 of 30DC

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Hi,

Only on this thread could a post like that make complete sense!I'm currently trying all the total alcohol free wines.
I've tried some from Asda - Muscat £2.50 each comes in rose and white and located with the fizzy pop rather than down the wine aisle. Tried the rose and it is ok.
Tesco have a Freixfent o% alcohol in white and rose at £5 a bottle. Rose is nicer than the white in my opinion, but both drinkable. I like sparkling so these are idea for me. It just makes me feel like I am able to have a 'drink' when really, it's just expensive pop!
If I try anymore, i'll let everyone know.
I tried the Sainsbury's sparkling white wine and found it to be vcery, very sweet. Noseco is drinkable though and I found that in the chilled cabinet in the Co-op.
Keep it going, Cuppa Tea. We're all rooting for you.
29/31 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0
