Hi only 12 for September. Not my usual. But 4 for October so far. Will keep on trying.Live for the moment and plan for the future0

2/4 for this week's SNC, and 4/21 for October. I think I'm coming down with the lurgy, feeling sniffly so it's got orange squash for me tonight.
Hoping that cutting down on booze does actually help with weight loss, that and walking miles with my dog while I look for a job.Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -
I’ve managed 5 AFDs this month so far. So that’s 5/20?
Thanks

Honeybear that is interesting about the sleep. DH is a heavy drinker and doesn't sleep all that well, however he isn't going to change his habits until he wants to! Stubborn is not the word.0 -

Good morning all
7 please Shaggy and 2 for the SNC
Maman - I know exactly what you mean. The minute I say to myself I'm on a diet I start feeling like I'm deprived and then I go off the rails yet again. Its really odd as when I take the pressure off myself I naturally eat quite healthily anyway . Piglet is really giving it a go with this Alive n Kicking thing. We tried out one of their recipes last night and he ate Tuna pasta bake for the first time ever. I should take a leaf out of his book, lighten up a bit and just try and improve things gradually. I know booze is my biggest downfall with managing my weight so hopefully getting that aspect under control will help with losing a few pounds. I'm always trying to get Hubby to eat healthier too. He's teetotal but his diet is rubbish
Anyway....nice day planned today...off to Lakeland with Mum to mooch round their christmas section :xmassmile and then Alive n Kicking later. Busy day.

No drinking today for me.
6/10 AFDs please Shaggy.
Just checked plans in diary and will be AWOL for a bit. I'm away for a couple of days, home at the weekend then socialising Monday and Tuesday. All drinking will be moderate. I know I don't have to drink just because I'm eating out but I enjoy it and provided I can switch back to being AF then that's me in control which is what I like.:)0
