    Good morning all

    No change on figures for me. I had a glass of wine whilst cooking dinner. Didn't want any more afterwards so am now kicking myself at losing an AF day over one glass.:rotfl: Still, I guess this moderation thing is what I'm aiming for so shan't worry too much.

    Will def be AF this week. Start the Alive n Kicking thing with Piglet tomorrow so want to be setting a good example for him.

    Good to be back on the wagon today. I've enjoyed all the socialising but even eating out (and drinking) palls after a while.:)

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
