Thanks for comment Cathybird - think you are right re new manager trying to impose change. If only she realised listening and thinking before acting would be more effective. I only thought abou5 my resignation letter 3 times today but she must have been busy as no e mails.

Really busy week driving around for work so I haven't even thought about having a drink. Was planning on going out for a beer after work today but I've just got home and can't be bothered so I'm going to have a nice quiet sober night in.0 -

In twenty years of drinking more than I should, I only managed eight days AF in a month once. Just once. You're doing well, a lot better than I ever did; never forget that. You'll get to where you want to be.
I wish Baileys were still posting. She did such a great job for months and I miss her.
