Evening all, just checking in to hope everyone is doing okay. Some of the same old faces. I've recently gone 3 years now without a drink. Nearly did on holiday and if I do I won't beat myself up about it, but given I've got into Crossfit and eating with a proper routine (and hence gone from 17 stone to 12.5 this year) I think I'm sticking with it.
