Thanks for the welcome back. I agree with your comment Honeybear re age and drinking - anyone else see Ambulance this week? Having got days 1 and 2 started I did have a drink Thursday and a Friday but nothing yesterday so 3/15 please. I am going to have something to drink today then onwards and upwards next week I hope.
Good luck with the telephone interview Elusive Lucy. Hope it goes well, can be hard when you can't 'see' the other person so miss out on the non-verbal feedback. Fingers crossed !!!129310;

Morning all, 5/21 for me please. Such good weather for the bank holiday, round London way anyway!

Hello all
Ended April on a paltry 8/30 due to not being AF on holiday (AF beer is banned where I was!)
2018 total to end of April 86/265
May target is 20 and am currently on 1/20

Had a fantastic holiday and although not AF all drinking was moderate
Need to get some AF beer and get back on track now

Thank you! Been keeping my motivated hat on this bank holiday. Was gloriously sunny up here in Scotland yesterday and it was my biggest test so far I think. Was very tempted to make cocktails in the sun but I abstained and had squash and fizzy water instead. Just keep telling myself how good I'll feel the next day and how nice it is to have a clear head.

It's very early but am confident I'll end the day on 7/31

I'm back from a weekend wedding. Not sure about whether to be AF today as it's a rare sunny Bank Holiday so will hold off declaring.:cool::)
