Yes same for me got a letter saying which voucher did I want and only spent a couple of quid ! I have not even had the statement yet!

Dont bother applying for the "Plus one card" to get £25, you have to have been with BC for 6months, the phone no on the web is U/s, its 01642332308.
Useless indian call center on the no on website, the dont know what a Plus card is!!!!!!!!

I applied for this offer, however was told I was not eligable, presumably since I only have one existing card with under two hundred pounds owing on it, which is always paid on time by direct debit (paid off in 2 months now, yey!), and earn over 25k per annum, this will be because I moved house 4 months ago. The card I was offered was at 23.9%, and no mention of a voucher, decided it wasn't worth the risk

just to let people know who might be interested. I got my £50 vouchers for debenhams today after approximately 3wks from sending off the request form.

Might be a total co-incidence but 2 days ago i sent an email from within online banking asking where they were. Got a response saying upto 28 days should be allowed but they came 2 days later.

So the balance transfer fee which triggered the free vouchers has paid for itself and have 14mths interest free.

Just to give people an idea of timescale, I received my £50 of John Lewis vouchers yesterday (22nd Nov) following my first purchase the day I got the card (26th Oct).
The JL vouchers are cool - they can be used instore, online and at Waitrose stores.

I got my Next Vouchers this morning!!!

5 x £10 vouchers arrived in the post around 5 weeks after I applied, then transferred a balance to the card. I spoke to a really helpful lady called RINKI when I first got the card & she was great - maybe ask for her!

The vouchers are only able to be used in the shops that you request them for - if you asked for River Island, then that's the only shop you can spend them in!

After reading this thread yesterday, I tried contacting Barclaycard via telephone (got thru to India), and was told that, due to delays, voucher would be sent to me within 15-20 days !!!

I wasn't happy with this but trying to get this thru to call centre worker was impossible so sent them a message via the website.

Today, received form thru the post which I need to complete and return, selecting which voucher I would like.

I thought I was going to be the last one here who would be receiving their vouchers (if I was getting any at all) - relieved I got the form today. I can stop panicking now !!!
