Good Morning Diary,
Another week has passed us by, these weeks just go too fast!
Had a good week, had a couple of NSD's and now up to 7 for the month.
Transferred this weeks money into the 365 pot which now stands at £2.31.
It was DD2s birthday this week and she had a nice day. Their Dad took them out for their tea on her birthday and we are going to F&B's this afternoon with my friend and also DP and his kids. I gave her the choice on where to go and who to invite and thats what she chose!
The house is clean and the washing is up to date so just going to nip out for a walk to close my exercise ring and collect some milk.
Doing well on the exercise and weight loss, closed my rings on my watch every day since the 1st and lost 3.5lbs so far.
The girls are both happy, they've spent all weekend at home which they love!
Have had no interest in the house which I expected tbh. I can't remember if I mentioned that I needed to get my name changed on the title deeds as we never did it after getting married. Anyway I posted that week before last and it came back this week so thats one less thing to stress about. Just need to file the paperwork.... which will probably sit on the microwave for months first :rotfl:.
SA, I think it saves over £600 from memory.
DFOD, I will buy another house and maybe he will come and live with us dependant on how long it takes!
Thats all really, happy Sunday all xxMummytogirls x1 -

Morning Diary,First day of the Easter holidays today, so having a catch up. This will be a different holiday for the whole of the UK. Usually we have so much planned but those plans has been removed from the diary! We do what we have to.So basically when I first heard about CV in January I was very much of the opinion we will be fine its just flu, we will be fine. I dont think I took it seriously until about 5 weeks ago when I got asked to attend an emergency SLT meeting to discuss the next plans for the school. The next week and half were absolutely crazy for us at school and we were just fire fighting each day as things were changing so quickly. I think parents thought we were hiding things from them but we werent! The first we heard about the schools closing etc was when BoJo made his announcement. Anyway, we closed our doors to the majority on Friday 20th March, remaining open only for keyworker children.I am lucky in that my headteacher has insisted the office staff work from home and we have not been put onto the rota to go into school. Im used to working at home on the odd occasion anyway but the other staff arent and they've struggled to adapt a bit. So ive spent 2 weeks working at home, again fire fighting for the first couple of days but its settled down now.The headteacher has taken over with some of the office duties so will see if she rings me or what awaits after 2 weeks off haha!!!We are all well here. DD1 was quite unwell early March with an ear infection but other than that we are good. We are leaving the house a couple of times a week to go for a walk but thats it. They are not seeing their Dad at the moment as his GF is pregnant and so she is a vulnerable person.Money is not too good here as ex decided he no longer needs to pay his half the mortgage! I am also going through the CMS as he keeps trying to be creative at paying me less, so ive bitten the bullet and gone through them. This unfortunately means I have received no money from him this month. I will get it backdated over the next 12 months which isnt helpful right now. Were surviving so will just have to go with it. We are having a mortgage break which he finally agreed to... even though hes not paying anything so it really doesnt affect him anyway but he was still an idiot about that! The annoying thing in all this is we'd had 3 positive viewings on the house.. nevermind cant do much about it now!My positives which I am trying to live by are we are healthy and I still have a job which I am getting paid for!Hope everyone is well xxMummytogirls x2

Great to hear from you again. Sorry to hear the ex is being a pain in the a$$. Most of where I work are WFH now with the exception of the helpline staff. We are lucky we can do this and still get paid, it's a very worrying time for a lot of people. We'll come through it though, hopefully with some lessons learned along the way for the future.
Take care xx

Morning Diary,Just trying to keep up with coming on here whilst I can but dont have much to report!!! Currently got a wash load doing its thing as the weather looks quite nice here so may aswell peg out!!!Just tried to call CMS and theyve taken their telephone number of their site! God knows when I will get money as the messages that come through online say 12 weeks. Not going to worry about it as I can't control this. Thanks for your messages SA and HHOD. SA I totally agree re lessons learnt. I dont think life with be quite the same again.Im ok without the money purely because weve got the mortgage break and im saving on things like DD's bus fares, dinner money, breakfast club, clubs and obviously no social life!Think thats about all from me. Hope all ok and well xxMummytogirls x2

Sorry to hear ex is being a ****. How have the girls taken the pregnancy news? I'm assuming it's his?
It's the little things to be grateful for isn't it, the job, managing to cover the bills etc. Being healthy. Keep smiling and glad you are all together and ok! x
