Love a good sunflower growing comp!
Such a strange end to the Easter hols.  Are the girls pretty good at doing stuff at home - is school sending stuff home?

    Afternoon Diary,
Back to the grind today with work... I say grind its hardly the usual first Monday back after a holiday! Weve had our reception allocation through so been doing some work on that today. Its hard though as we cant arrange any meetings or transition as we dont know when we will be back.
Only housey thing ive done today is a load of washing and dishwshing!
DFOD, DD2 is really good at getting on, school are sending through some work each week and ive just been printing it out for her. She also has some online bits to do which has started today. DD1 on the otherhand is a bit of a pain and should be the one who can just get on but chooses not to. Her work is all over the places as its coming from the different departments rather than just one teacher with it being secondary so its not easy to keep track of. Im really stamping down on DD1 from today though as she cant just think this is acceptable! Im not expecting a full days work out of them but at least some effort.
How are your 2, I dont suppose its too much different except you cant go out.
Thats about all from me xx

    Morning Diary,
So ive been out this morning and braved Mr Al's. Had a big shop delivered on Friday but still running out of everything mid week. Went for just after 9 and it was absolutely dead! The one I chose has got nothing else around it so that might be why so will continue to do that day and time if I need anything as im up for work anyway. Spent £29 and got everything on my list but flour. Called at the local bakery and tea shop and got flour, bread flour and some cupcakes for £6.
I did have to ask a boy of around DD2s age to go back to the side where his mum was after he blantantly walked right in front of me and just stood there! The mum didnt look too impressed with me but I couldnt care less tbh! I do not take my kids to the shops with me, I know thats not always possible but at least keep them by your side.
Back at home and doing some work now.
Bedding has been washed and is out on the line drying
    Hope everyones ok xx

It's strange, home ed wise we are just plodding on, doing less daily but doing it on more days as we aren't out.  Kids are really feeling the absence of all their groups and gatherings with their friends, same as all kids.  So we are probably doing more during this time really.  I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the stuff flooding the market that's free or heavily reduced so I haven't really added anything to the mix.

After id posted yesterday the only thing I did was go on the paper round with DD and paint my nails!
Today ive got a load of washing on the line already, tea is in the slow cooker and just waiting for DD1's bedding!
    Hope all ok xx

    Afternoon Diary,
So ive managed to speak to CMS again this morning. Seems my case is now on hold and they are only dealing with cases which have been finalised. To say I am annoyed is an understatement! I know CV is creating a whole manner of problems but I have been told different things every time I call up. They did say again that ex can still contribute and any thing he pays will be knocked off the back pay. Sent him an email and hes just using it to blackmail me again... basically if I stop this process he will of course pay me all thats owed! Absolutely not, he must think I was born last week! Id rather starve than stop this process.
Sick to death of him blackmailing me and using CV as a excuse to get out of everything. Absolute bell end he is!!!
    Rant over! xx

Wow things change so quickly around here. So literally just after id posted that, I logged into my self service account and the calculations have been made and the first payment is due on 1st May. My word someone is really looking over me. Id love to see his smug face right about now! Ive been more than reasonable and had enough of his creative ways at trying to pay me less... have a bit of that! So lets see if if he actually does pay xx

Hope he has to cough up for his daughters. He made his bed... Fingers crossed you get what’s due, he can’t just shake off his responsibilities and leave you in the lurch. Fingers crossed you finally get something from him 🤞
