  • Fingers crossed that the money comes through for you xx
  • Wow things change so quickly around here. So literally just after id posted that, I logged into my self service account and the calculations have been made and the first payment is due on 1st May. My word someone is really looking over me. Id love to see his smug face right about now! Ive been more than reasonable and had enough of his creative ways at trying to pay me less... have a bit of that! So lets see if if he actually does pay xx
Well done for standing firm :). I hope he pays now.

    Morning Diary,
Thank you for your replies ladies, really appreciate your support. I had a letter from them online last night and I think he owes me more than the schedule but they will get in touch seperately about that. He will be seething but this is all his fault. I was happy with what he paid me but he kept squeezing me and being creative for every last penny he could, usually at a couple of days notice and id just had enough of him.
Next stop will be court over the mortgage he claims he doesnt need to pay too. Sick of this but I will have to keep fighting until the end.
Anyway, its lovely weather today again and ive got no washing to do!!! So ive found some!!! Washing the cushion covers now haha.
Working this morning, had a call about my website which was scheduled in from a couple of weeks ago.
I will do DD's paper round with her this afternoon to get my exercise in. She got paid today bless her, I topped it up to £40 so shes pleased with that. Its something to look forward to when we are out of lockdown and able to roam freely again!
Thats about all really, hope all ok xx

Can’t believe he’s trying to shirk his responsibilities so hope you’ll get what’s due. When my dad left my mum for his fancy woman he was the same so have had first hand experience of this unfortunately. He’s the one in the wrong so stand firm. Fingers crossed for you 🤞

So as he isn't paying towards the mortgage, he's going to leave all the equity to you is he?
glad you have at least got something sorted payment wise, what a idiot!

    Afternoon Diary,
Thats 3 weeks of working at home and 5 actual weeks just being at home... done! Been quite busy the last couple of days and next week already looks busy. God bless the headteacher and her ideas haha!!!
Today is soooo warm here, got 2 loads of washing out and another on the go. We are treating ourselves to a curry tonight.
Mr T's brought the shopping... £142 later! I really need to get back to Mr Al's, T's is costing far too much.
Thanks for your replies PLMBL, SA and DFOD.
SA, I dont know what your Dad was like but I have a feeling ex will always be awkward and everything will be a battle. I just dont think he can stand that im getting on with my life. Nothing is ever easy with him!
DFOD, the consent order states that hes getting 25%. This is why I will be taking him to court, either he pays or the order is amended so that I get all the equity. I am absolutely not paying the whole thing for him to profit from it!
Think thats about all from me. Hope all ok xx

I still think of you when I peg out 🤣 It's great drying weather isn't it, I've actually got an empty washing basket.  My dad just disappeared and dropped all contact whatsoever, he waited until I was 16 so he didn't have to cough up anything.

  • That's good news about the payment schedule coming through. It serves him right for being awkward about everything.

It sounds like you've got a good routine going with the girls :).
