    Thanks Beanie. Unfortunately I hadn't budgeted for seeing my counsellor before payday this month. I have a week off work next week though so that will help me step away from work etc and have some down time before I see her. After this next session it'll be fortnightly which is good.

    Yeah I know, but I'm hanging on 'til payday next Wednesday. After that I'll be ok and then my next counselling session is a few days after payday :)

    Thank you! Yes, I'm feeling better thanks. I got the list of changes through for the thesis but I'm not going to look at them at all next week as I'm on leave and I think I need to enjoy myself! I can start work on the changes once I'm back in work mode :)
