Another wasted trip to Aldi, no compost. Bought the dog a new bed though as her old one is falling to bits. On the plus side it gave the dog a good walk and stopped Mr SA from packing away too early. Also got my steps count up to 19,000. Nice to pass the local pub and see it busy outside.Had a really busy afternoon at work setting up several online events for someone who is probably half my age but isn’t ‘techie’ 😕 Ended up not getting a proper lunch break as they needed setting up quickly. Anyway it’s done now.Did the online wine tasting. Decided on the rose one which coincidentally was the first one they tested. Quite interesting to hear the stories behind the wines. Looking forward to sampling the others as and when.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

Love a wee rose
Just to make you laugh.
Saw my very elderly neighbour pushing a trolly from the supermarket to her house with a very very large bag of compost in it!! The big Mr T has some but it’s branded and therefore a lot more expensive. Going to try Wilko tomorrow, that’s where I got my last lot from. Otherwise it’ll have to be the branded one. I only need a couple of bags.Happy Friday 🥂💃
Have been for a run 🏃♀️ Got the hairdressers at 9am so yet another spends day. Lots of deliveries coming too. Need to give the bedroom a sweep and wipe down ready for putting things back. Also need to ring the skip place as they should’ve picked it up 2 weeks ago. Worked to my advantage though as managed to squeeze a few more bits in it.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
I like a nice rose wine too - they somehow seem so summery, don't they? Current favourite (affordability being, as ever a key thing!) is C**p's own fairtrade Shiraz Rose. Trouble is it slips down like juice, lol.

That’s the trouble with rose wine, it’s very moreish. I usually drink red but in the summer my thoughts turn to a nice dry rose. I quite like Chilean Sauvignon Blanc too. Basically I’ll drink any wine as long as it’s not sweet 🤣
Very slowly sorting out stuff to go back in the bedroom. Being ruthless with the clothes and shoes. I’ve got way too much stuff. Anything I think not that old thing being trawled out again is going. Also packing away the autumn/winter stuff. Holiday clothes will remain in the suitcase, no point having them out.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7
