Oh dear sorry about Mr SA's fall
.
It's good that you're happier with the new system you're on and I think I would much prefer web chat too. Hopefully it will feel less tiring next week.
Good news about the delivery slots.

His falls seem to come in waves. He did really well and didn’t fall for quite a while, now they’re getting more frequent. I’m afraid I wasn’t outside clapping tonight I was on my hands and knees in the kitchen scrubbing a tomato based sauce from the wall, floor, cupboard doors and skirting board before it stained. Unbelievable how much mess it made and how far it travelled 😩 Thankfully it’s not stained anything permanently as I cleaned it fairly swiftly.
Talking about mess my hair is so desperate for a cut, I’ll be like a cross between Rapunzel and Chrystal Tips by the end of this lockdown 🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
On the plus side, since I’ve been working on the web chat I’ve had some brilliant feedback from customers who I’ve helped. Felt quite emotional at one point, you don’t realise some of the situations are really dire. Anything I can do to help I will. This is what I love about my job.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)11

Afternoon all, finished my shift for the day and for a whole week now 😀 My eyes are so sore from staring at the screen for hours. It's always good to get someone who genuinely wants to help on a helpline which is why I've been trying so hard, I've been that person on the other end. It's not as busy now as it was earlier in the week which is great as it means folks are sorted.
Mr SA none the worse for wear but he's even more incoherent than normal, I have to keep asking him to repeat what he's saying.
Still waiting for my Robert Dyas order it should have arrived yesterday. Tracking is still showing as in transit.

Evening all 😎
This morning was spent mostly shopping at local Mr T Express, Savers then picking up Mr SA’s prescription from the chemists. On a normal Saturday these places are never busy at 9am. Very annoying 😩 Dropped off the shopping then took the dog on the park across the road.
Aside from that have just been chilling in the garden reading my book. Reckon I deserve it after being stuck indoors all week working and who knows what the weather will be like next week so might as well make the most of it.
Hope everyone has had a good day xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
Everyone seems to have got so much stuff done since lockdown so I feel ashamed that I haven’t 😩 I’ve been so busy learning a new role then actually doing that new role it’s left little time for anything else. However next week I have a long list of things I intend to do so hopefully will be able to crack on. On the plus side I’m doing the C25K, Joe’s PE and doing really well with learning Spanish so all is not lost. Top of my list is packing away all my winter clothes/boots and getting out my summer clothes and sandals ☀️I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

Ignore all the stuff that about how much people are doing - the ones who are are the people who have more time. You have less, learning a new job. There are plenty of people who have more to do, not less - people still working full time AND homeschooling, people whose jobs are busier. So ignore all the 'if you haven't run a marathon every day, learned a new language, knitted yourself a new outfit, grown your own food, made sourdough, started a new business then you haven't lacked time you've lacked motivation' crap. Nothing has happened to give you the extra time to do all that.10
