Eek to Mr SA and his scooter!!7

Blimey to scooter. Good on the food.
I must do a meal plan. Mum refuses to but it makes things very difficult especially with now and not being able to nip out and get something.
Hope you have a peaceful weekend XXXNevertheless she persisted.5 -
Morning folks 😎
Went to Mr T Express first thing, walked straight in and got everything on my list 👍
Then while I still had my coat on took the dog for a walk. So all done and dusted before 9am 😁
Quick heads up Jack Monroe’s Tin Can Cook book Kindle edition is only 99p today on Amazon. Have bought it and although there are lots of meat recipes there are also lots of veggie ones with chickpeas, lentils etc, Worth 99p anyway 👍
Have a good day xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -

Glad you managed to get Mr SA back home safely SA, I've been using my local Mr T express and they have had most things I've needed, I also have a really good co op about a twenty minute walk away so could go there if I needed to,I normally do my shopping at the Mr S in town but I'm trying to avoid going into town if I can, if I go to the co op it's a nice walk along the river then I can get the bus back 😊Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8947

Yes the Mr T Express has a decent stock of the basics. Some items are a tad pricey though. I'll have to go out again perhaps on Monday when it's not so busy. I need a few bits from Iceland and Savers.
Tonight I'm making myself chickpea, tomato and spinach curry from the Joe Wicks Lean in 15 Vegan cook book. I've made it before and it was absolutely delicious. Mr SA has a beef curry cooking in the slow cooker.
I didn't bother doing the virtual WW workshop this morning. I've had enough of virtual meetings with work this week to be honest.
Have cleaned the whole house and been sorting out my toiletries which was a long overdue task and I know what I have and haven't got now. I was so engrossed in the toiletry sorting I forgot about C-19 for a bit then came back down to earth with a bump when I remembered. Mr SA has been in the garden with the dog when he wasn't watching old sports matches on TV.
Seemed like a constant stream of people walking past my house this afternoon with or without dogs. Some of them I've never seen before, where are they all coming from?

Absolutely unbelievable - someone on a local FB group has suggested we all clap at 3pm tomorrow for children as they have had to give up going out to see their friends. Think I’ll be giving this one a miss. Some of the comments were very entertaining to say the least 🤣 Went down like a lead balloon. Someone has lost the plot 🤣

we have a party organiser in the estate to happened to have a Peppa Pig outfit at home, she gave up her exercise today to walk around our estate and it has brought some much needed smiles to some faces.Tomorrow we are doing Coffee Morning on your doorstep to Give the grown ups a boost.:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j7 -
That’s a great idea 👍 Love all these dancing on the drive and folks getting dressed up as Spider-Man or whatever to cheer people up. We all need a boost right now. One day we will look back on this, it’s just getting through it right now as best we can.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

I like the idea of coffee morning on your doorstep - enjoy.
I’m impressed you’d been to the shop and walked the dog before 9am.....I was still in bed with a cuppa and my book 🤪January spends - £587.586
