There seem to be some horrible bugs going the rounds.
I kind of relate to your illness after travelling as I couldn't keep my eyes in focus looking at the station notice board on the way home last week. It had been a long and exhausting journey and I suppose our bodies would rather be on a cosy sofa than dragging around an overcrowded railway carriage at an uncivilised hour. When I got home I was tired for about three days. Is it a train-travel malady that I've never heard of before? I hope that now you're more rested the symptoms are gone and you feel better.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Happy Friday folks
Cherry - I always feel tired after travelling, even after only going to Birmingham. It was just a 5.30 am train was far too early. Work did say it was over and beyond my duty.
Busy day at work today, another meeting with more note taking.
Mr SA has had a bad day with a fall and confusionHe's ok now though, nothing to worry about.
Got Mr SA two pairs of joggers £7 each from Mr S sale which he's very happy with.
Looking forward to a quiet weekend, fingers crossed.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Well that's Saturday more or less done, today has flown by.
Lost half a pound at WW, not a lot but better than nothing or putting on. 2lb over goal now, would like to be 5lb under for holiday. We can go 5lb either way at WW. The lady I sit with had a hypo  She was ok after eating glucose tablets thankfully.
The dog has lost her ID tag so need to replace that ASAP.
Had my hair cut this afternoon, just a trim.
I made myself a pizza tonight from a WW recipe using just SR flour and 0% natural Greek yoghurt - 180g of each. So easy to make and no faffing about with leaving to rise. It was lovelyThe base alone was really tasty. So the recipe is mix the flour and yoghurt into a dough, roll out on baking paper, bake in a hot oven for 10 mins, then spread Passata over it, sprinkle on some herbs and top with 80g of 50% fat grated cheese. Cook for another 8-10 mins. I roasted some red onion and pepper separately then sprinkled them on top. Makes 4 portions. Delicious
I've made dumplings with the flour/yoghurt mix before which were lovely too.
Didn't even get one number on the lottery so my plan D has been scuppered
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekendI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
