    That's Blue Monday done :)

Beanie he flicks through the channels until he finds one, he knows which channels they're likely to be on. He records them too. You'd think they would be the last programmes he wanted to watch.

Mr SA has been a pain today, ringing me at work to ask me to go to Argos on the way home for a wallet and torch key ring he wants (not needs!). These are the items I said he could have after payday so reminded him of this. Then he threatened to go to Argos on his scooter and fetch them himself  Then he rang to say he wanted to buy a walking frame with a seat from the charity shop for £30. He thought he could take it on holiday instead of the wheelchair, seemed to think I could push him about on it - well what a sight we'd look doing that  Then when I got home from work he plonked a face cream pot into my hand saying I need another one this is empty. Really testing my patience today :(

I've been to the gym at lunchtime today, done almost 21,000 steps, done the abs challenge and it's AFD 7/12 :)

Only spent £2.20 today - £1.50 on a washing up bowl and 70p on a paper.

I've got 4 alarms set for tomorrow - 2 on my Fitbit and 2 on my phone. Taxi is coming at 4.50 am

    Roll on Friday!

Oh my goodness.. that would definitely do for your back. It’d be the ankle situation times one hundred.

Stick with the wheelchair. Surely that’s the thing to do.

Love your exercise regime... you rock!! And sympathies about early start....I don’t really miss them I’ve found ;) :rotfl:

I am so tired. Got up at 3.28 so didn't need all the alarms. I think I woke up every hour to look at the clock. The taxi was early so I was at the station at 5am. Luckily they let us on the train early so grabbed a coffee and settled down with my book. It actually took longer to get there than the meeting lasted. Had an hour to kill at St Pancras before the trim home, was tempted by the champagne bar but didn't think work would allow that on expenses :) Anyway had a good look round the shops and clocked a fair few steps up. Bought a pair of earrings in the Boots sale for £2 then discovered I'd lost one of the ones I was wearing when I got home :( Journey home tiook no time and the train was almost empty.

Walked home from the station and popped in Lidl for a mini bottle of wine, feel like I need it tonight.

Mr SA has found an old version of GPs behind closed doors for us to watch! An early night is definitely on the cards for me, yawn.
