My initial jabs were AZ and the two boosters Pfizer. I’ve had exactly the same side effects with both brands. I’m always fine with the flu jab. It’s weird isn’t it.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

Yes, it really is. Even the nurse who did our latest boosters said that side effects were random. He asked me if I'd had any side effects from the others, so I said only the Pfizer. He asked me to describe them, then said they are the classic side effects & not to worry, just rest & take paracetamol for the headache & feverishness. He said 'You might experience the same again, as this is also a Pfizer vaccine, or you could find that you have no side effects at all this time'. Well, I knew it had affected me again as soon as I woke up shivering & headachey in the early hours, but I think his comments show how idiosyncratic the side effects are. Mr F, of course, has been completely unaffected by any of them, not even a sore arm.

Take it easy today SA.
Hopefully the side effects will wear off quickly.
I was lucky and didn't have any side effects to my two Pfizer jabs. It was the Moderna booster that knocked me about. The side effects from that were worse than Covid 🙄3 -
I hate wasted days. So annoyed I feel rubbish. I’m sure I’ll be fine tomorrow when it’s time to go back to work. The dog was a bit sick on the duvet cover last night so have had to strip the bed and get the stain out of the duvet. Could’ve done without that to be honest ☹️Have got a portion of nut roast out of the freezer for tonight’s dinner. Will have it with roast beetroot and swede plus some steamed veg. I also need to make a batch of soup for work lunches.I watched Love Actually. I’ve seen it so many times but the scene where Emma Thompson realises the necklace wasn’t bought for her still gets me every time 😢On the plus side it was NSD 1 of December.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

I’m starting to feel a bit more human now thank goodness. The aching has stopped. Just as well as Mr SA makes no effort to help with the dinner. He’s had a nap this afternoon then came downstairs to watch football with a beer and his feet up!I haven’t done anything today other than cook. I wanted to write my Christmas cards out so I could post them on the way to work in the morning but wasn’t in the mood. There’s only a handful to send out these days so it won’t take long. Job for tomorrow I think.Cashed out another £5.25 from PA so that’s just over £15 recently. Think I’m going to earmark those earnings for the FitSteps classes. £15 will pay for 6 week’s worth.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4
