Nails done, I love them. Bright peach on 2 nails, white on 2 and gold glitter on one 💕 Tonight I painted my toe nails white but have somehow managed to get a bit of white on my peach nail 😩 I’m hoping it will wash off as it’s normal polish on a gel polish. If not I have a unique streak on my nail 😆
The GKs were a pain, they were fighting and it got quite nasty at one point. DGD had a proper rant 😬 This was all because their mum was doing my nails and the attention wasn’t on them. The dog was exhausted by the time they left.
OMG Mr T this morning 😱 They’d had a chilled and frozen food disaster overnight and the shelves were cordoned off. Thankfully I didn’t need chilled or frozen but noticed a lot of other shelves were bare too.Made a butternut squash dhal tonight, supposed to be 2 portions but enough for 3 so the other 2 will go in the freezer for future use.I’ve packed my suitcase so just have the toiletries and Mr SA’s suitcase to pack tomorrow. The taxis to/from the airport are booked and have gone up £5 each way since April 👎We only live 12 miles from the airport how can they justify £40! I can see it from my back garden! Not so long ago it was £20.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3 -

Enjoy your hols and great news for your DS and DIL.
I am so pleased these days when anyone gets good news - we seem to have had a long time with mainly bad news.3 -
Morning happy Sunday.
Today will be all about packing Mr SA’s case 😬 packing the toiletries, cleaning the house and tidying the garden. I’m really hoping we don’t discover that Mr SA doesn’t have enough decent T-shirts to take and we end up in town last minute shopping. I bought him 3 new ones recently but he had a cull a few weeks ago and got rid of a few he no longer wears. The dog will get a couple of good runs on the park too.Still got a few bits in the fridge to use up.Provided there’s no last minute shop, it will be NSD 7 for August, the final one of the month as we don’t fly back until 31 August.Tonight’s dinner is steak for Mr SA and probably nut roast from freezer stocks for me unless I still have things to use up. Any bread left over will be blitzed into breadcrumbs and frozen.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2 -
Hope you get away without having to buy t shirts.January spends - £587.583
