We’ve been out early tonight for a lovely Chinese meal and we’re now back at the hotel. It’s getting to the stage where I’ve had enough of getting ready to go out, longing to just have a bath and put my feet up in front of the TV. I sound so boring 😆 I prefer the daytime on holiday to be honest. Walking around in the morning and putting my feet up in the sun in the afternoon.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

We haven’t done a lot today. The usual walk along the seafront with Mr SA’s eyes out on stalks at all the shops and things he wants 😆 Honestly you could spend a fortune here, so many shops from cheap tourist tat to high end. One side of the road is the beautiful beach and the other side every shop, bar, restaurant you could ever need.Went for a coffee this morning then lunch, returned to the hotel where Mr SA went back to the room to watch TV and I grabbed my towel and book and found a day bed day to relax on in the sun - bliss 😎 I may have nodded off at one point 😆
I think we might go to the harbour for a change tonight. Lots of nice restaurants there so will be spoiled for choice.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -

We’re back later tonight 😆 Went to the old town and harbour for a drink at a new rooftop bar owned by two Dutch friends, bit pricey but very nice, then we were persuaded to go into a Spanish restaurant by a very persistent PR man. Told him only if they had vegetarian paella, well they did and it was absolutely delicious 😋 Really enjoyed the change of scenery and had plenty of fusses with the harbour cats on the way back, I want to bring them all home with me, but suspect they are much happier here in year round warmth and sunshine.
