They have a waiting list so whether you are able to join or not at the moment may depend on the demographics. They don't do referral codes.
 Here's the link anyway.

IMO it's the best one I use, straightforward, reliable and trustworthy. The pay rate is usually pretty fair for the time and effort required. Any issues are usually resolved and Pr0lific do treat both participants and researchers with respect.
I do use other sites and there's certainly some pretty awful ones out there. In addition to Pr0lific I currently also use Y-l!ve (previously P0pulus), Opin!um and Y0ug0v.
I was a member of Sw@gbucks, inb0x p0unds and 0ne p0ll but have ditched them. I recently joined Pr!me 0pinion but will be ditching that too as soon as I reach cashout. I have a zero tolerance attitude to low pay rates and late screenouts and am more than happy to leave if I start to feel I'm being rinsedSaving a house deposit. Member no.7 100% of target

You could try Y Live, which is a more traditional survey site that claims to pay £1 per 5 minutes. In practice this is a bit of a movable feast, but I reckon it averages £10/hour or so. Cash-out is by cheque or bank transfer, and gets paid automatically once you've earned £50. Most surveys last 5-20 minutes, and I tend to get a couple per week on average, which translates to 4-5 cash-outs per year.

Y-live has pretty much died for me. I used to get a few surveys a week and now it’s more like one a month. No idea what’s changed. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

That's odd, I find it very 'feast or famine'. Nothing for weeks then a little flurry, including sometimes 2 a day, then nothing again. I probably manage 2 or 3 cashouts per year. It's consistent enough for me to stick around and the screen outs are at least reasonably fair.elsien said:Y-live has pretty much died for me. I've signed up (joined the waiting list). I was just asking if there are similar websites I can join in the meantime whilst waiting to be added to Prolific's waiting list.elsien said:They have a waiting list so whether you are able to join or not at the moment may depend on the demographics. Not really any similar. All the others are survey sites, not study sites. On survey sites, it is up to you whether you give truthful answers, or try to give the answers they think you want; if they catch you at it, of course, they will kick you out. On Prolific, academic research and theses can depend on the answers given to these studies, so everything has to be 100% truthful, or it could mess up their research. Also, there are many, many more profile questions on Prolific than on most survey sites, and it is important to make sure you complete them all. I didn't realise when I started, and I didn't get any studies until the penny dropped and I filled out the whole of the About You section!

Thank you very much for these ideas. I'll sign up to them and see what the frequency of surveys are.Ivana_B_Rich said:Superhoopza said:Guessing this is the only one worth signing up to from people's experience?

Opinium isn’t bad. Not the greatest pay, but you are less likely to get kicked out halfway through the survey. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

All good advice from other MSEers in recent posts - I have done well with Prolific, YLive, Opinium, plus OK with Lifepoints, Norstat (formerly Panelbase) and a few others. Total since I started detailed tracking in Nov 2022 £1817 - 48% of that is Prolific and 11% YLive.
The other thing worth noting across the board is that we are running into an election period, so there will a lot of additional polling/studies going on Good luck ! 1 Good luck ! 1
