Anyone have trouble completing this one? It says 20 minutes but took me 10, I got to the end and got the message 'Sorry, this survey is not currently active'  with no return to prolific or any request to stop and return it.

I did this, and put received no completion code. 

ETA: It's just been approved by the researcher.

For the past two days this notice is showing in my Balance: "Prolific is unable to load your Hyperwallet balance."

My approved Balance has disappeared completely although there is 62 pence waiting for approval  still there. Before this there was a small approved balance of about £3.95.

I have not had any studies at all today and only one very low paying one (30 pence) yesterday.

Does anyone know what this means, please?

I would raise it with Prolific, via the chatbot (bottom right) which will pass it to a human.

Thank you very much MollyR.  I sent a message, have been given a reference number, and they will get back to me in a few days. 

UPDATE:  Within a few minutes of sending the message the balance was back to normal and the notice had gone.

There was no explanation and I wonder what caused the problem.  Hopefully I'll now start to receive  Study notifications again.

I've had two - both of which I returned, one didn't progress past the instruction page and one was so long and hard to understand I gave up after 10 minutes.  Maybe we'll both have a better afternoon.

literally just got one, for £1.80. but its been very very quiet and my widget had gone awol i think!!
