I have just had a message from the researcher :

"I am rejecting your submission to my study "New menu test" for the following reasons: - Clicking the last button at the end of the experiment is essential. No submission code."   
Anyone else had this? I did click the done button and it took me to the page about typeform, I submitted as I thought it was completed, just badly designed.

I fully expect mine to be rejected, but am feeling argumentative today so... watch this space!  If nothing else, I'll be able to get it off my chest!  If they can't work out how to set up a survey, why should those that have attempted to reply be punished?

NOCODE, or the submission of an incorrect completion code, is not a valid reason for rejection by itself

I'm in a similar mood! I've gone back and said i shouldnt be punished due to his badly designed study

Me too!  I replied:  "I was not presented with the last button in the experiment - I was taken straight to a Typeform page. I know that the same thing happened to some others. There was clearly an error in the drawing up of your study, and I expect to be compensated for the time that I took. If you do not withdraw the rejection and put through my payment I shall complain to Prolific."

I've been rejected too saying i didn't click the submit button at the end-i fully intend to argue with this as it is obviously an error on their part as i clicked the done button on the menu and it just took you to that typeform page.
