Also had the MindX study but returned it after a long wait just to get a blank email and the site being so slow a snail could outpace it.

I never had the link sent to me at all. What a complete tool.

I have complained to Prolific - for using half an hour of my time earlier, during which I was unable to receive other surveys.

Oh and the irony as I then have just recieved an invitation from them......WHICH IS BLANK :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::eek: - what the ****. Amateurs.

Like others i Just received the new assessment invitation email and it was completely blank
Did everyone use there prolific email ?
Wondering why some got the link while others didn't
Also noticed this was full earlier and there's now 94 places available probably due to the amount of people returning it.

My complaint to Prolific has resulted in them approving it early for me. Just a heads up.

I would say I feel bad but really its not difficult to send emails with links both promptly and with links that work.

It's one annoyance after another with it.
Got the email, downloaded the app, says to sign in using the email they sent the link to...but provide no password!!
You can't create an account as the email address is already recognized as registered!

I got around the lack of password problem by opting to reset my password, (not that I had one to reset tho... but it worked). Eventually got to the end but no confirmation of it being finished and accepted and now just logged as a NOCODE.

Is that the 'Cognitive Games (Retest)' study. I'm doing that study. It says it takes up to 20 minutes for the email to arrive. If you already have the MindX app installed, do you still have to wait for the email?

I'm still waiting for the email from yesterday's one! I accepted this one too but not received an email yet!

I've just received the email which was from today and noticed I completed the same study last year! I wonder if the first email did not reply because I already had an account?

I've just been looking back at this time last year and it was really busy; feeling totally on the shelf these days. :(
