Complain to Prolific. Tell them how much time you had wasted and how they messed you about, and even direct them to here to see how much ire has been caused by the survey, should they wish for more evidence. Say how long you had to wait for the email and that when you were waiting you potentially missed out on other surveys and/or had other things to do.....

Thanks, just sent a complaint to Prolific

Pfffft...after all that my submission for the MindX study has been rejected

That's shocking I did complain about this survey and I just got the standard we have contacted the researcher and are waiting on there reply email.
I did contact the researcher myself but received no reply,

I had already contacted the researcher, (yesterday), but have not had any response either. Just hope loads of people complain - the whole survey seems badly organised and designed!

I'm still waiting for the pick up after last years summer holiday, so I am 100% sure its not down to uni holidays for those of us that have seen our study offerings totally drop off.

Yes same here. I started March last year - it got busier and busier to the point where I could do 10 studies a day and on 14 July dropped off a cliff. It has recovered only very slightly since then. Clearly my plans to retire on the proceeds will have to be amended.

I found that this time last year was around when the election was called, and there was a flood of politics-related studies around. I think I cashed out £80-odd the month of the election.

I could put up with all the rigamarole of snap elections more often if it means we have more studies on PA :rotfl:

Woo hoo...re the Mindx study - it pays to complain! 'Kendra' has just authorised full payment of £5.15 and it also means my 'study rejected' status has been amended :j
